A person, from your very first day
Automation handles the markets; people handle everything else. Every new Cerfina account is assigned a personal manager who makes sure you start properly: account activation, first deposit, settings, first reports, first withdrawal. The support does not end when the onboarding does.

What personal support means here
Personal support is individual accompaniment for your account: one named manager who knows your setup, your preferences and your history, rather than an anonymous inbox that rediscovers you on every message. The format is deliberately simple. Your manager is your first point of contact for anything platform-related, arranges calls when a screen share is easier than words, and brings in specialists, payments or compliance, when a question needs one.
The manager's role is assistance, not salesmanship. They explain how things work, help you set sensible limits, and tell you when something you are considering does not fit your stated goals. That last part is the job description in one line: a good manager is the person who says the useful true thing at the moment enthusiasm or anxiety is loudest.
Advantages of the service
Individual attention. Onboarding, settings and questions are handled in the context of your account and your goals, not a generic script.
Help with activation. The fiddliest steps, verification, first deposit, exchange connection, are done together on a call instead of alone in a settings screen.
Fast answers. Support replies usually arrive within one working hour during support hours, and your manager is a direct line for anything account-specific.
Information shaped for you. Reports and explanations arrive at the level of detail you want, from beginner-plain to practitioner-technical.
Continuity. The service does not lapse after onboarding; your manager stays assigned, reviews remain available, and annual check-ins happen by default rather than by request.
What your manager can help with
Account activation: walking through identity verification, first deposits and the initial connection to an exchange, step by step. First steps: choosing initial settings, understanding the dashboard and reading your first session reports. Platform use: strategy settings, notifications, the audit history, and any feature that needs explanation before it earns your trust.
Deposits and withdrawals: method selection, timing expectations, tracing a payment through its stages and resolving anything that looks stuck. Keeping details current: updating your contact information and registered details before they cause a failed check. Questions about features: plain answers about what the engine is doing and why, whenever the reports leave anything unclear.
Who this suits
Beginners, first and most obviously: someone patient on the other end of a phone turns the steepest part of the learning curve into a few short calls. Busy people who would rather delegate the detail and review summaries. Cautious people who want to understand what they are signing up for before money moves, and anyone who has been burned elsewhere by support that vanished after the deposit.
If you would rather explore entirely alone and only surface for emergencies, that works too: the manager respects the contact rhythm you set, and a quarterly summary is the default rather than weekly calls.
How the service works: four steps
Step 1: registration. Submit the form on this page with your contact details.
Step 2: first contact. Your manager calls, normally within 24 hours, introduces themselves and agrees a convenient time for the onboarding conversation.
Step 3: activation together. On the call you complete verification, make the first deposit and set the engine's initial limits, with each screen explained as you go.
Step 4: ongoing support. Your manager stays assigned: scheduled reviews if you want them, answers when you need them, and help with every withdrawal or settings question in between.
Support channels
Four routes exist, for different needs. Email to [email protected] for anything asynchronous, with replies usually within one working hour during support hours. Callback, arranged with your manager, when a conversation is faster than typing. Your personal manager directly, for anything specific to your account. And the help centre inside the dashboard, for short written guides to settings, reports and payments that you can read at your own pace.
Working hours
The support team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time, excluding public holidays. Messages received outside those hours are queued in order and answered from the start of the next working day. Security-urgent matters, suspected account compromise, are prioritised whenever the desk opens, and you should also end suspicious sessions and change your password immediately rather than waiting for a reply.
Payments, and how support fits
Deposits arrive by UK bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Skrill, all free of platform charges, and withdrawals leave by the same methods with the timelines published on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. Payment questions are a core part of what support does: if a deposit has not appeared or a withdrawal has passed its window, your manager or the support team can trace it through each stage and tell you exactly where it sits and what happens next.
The Withdrawal Policy page describes the verification checks that apply before funds are released; your manager can prepare you for those in advance so the first withdrawal is as uneventful as every later one.
Questions people ask about support
Normally within 24 hours during the working week. You will receive a call or an email to arrange a time, whichever you prefer.
Yes, that is the most common situation our managers handle. Setup, reports and settings are explained in plain English, and there is no minimum knowledge requirement for asking.
Payment questions are a core part of the service. Your manager and the support team can trace any deposit or withdrawal through each stage of the pipeline and explain the expected timing.
Email [email protected] at any time. Messages are answered from the start of the next working period, usually within one working hour during support hours, and urgent security matters are prioritised.
Yes. If the working relationship is not a good fit, ask and a different manager will be assigned. Nothing about your account depends on one person, and the request needs no explanation.
Managers are assessed on service quality, and deposit pressure is against our standards. If you ever feel pushed to deposit more than you intended, report it through the Complaints page; it is taken seriously.
Talk to us before you decide
Register with the form above and your manager will call within 24 hours, or write to [email protected] with a question first if you prefer. Talking costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and is the fastest way to find out whether the platform fits you.
