Frequently asked questions
Eight categories covering the questions our support team actually receives: everyday use, fees and results, platform features, risks, security, help and what to read next. Every answer is written to stand on its own, and links point to the page with the full detail.
1. General use
Registration takes about two minutes on the Create Account page: name, email, phone number and a password. To start trading you need to be 18 or over, complete identity verification and make the first deposit of at least £200 for the Basic tier. A personal manager calls within 24 hours to help with the rest.
Yes. The platform was designed for people without a trading background, and a personal manager helps with every step from activation to withdrawals. Do note that a lack of experience does not reduce the risk of losing money.
Yes. The dashboard adapts to phones and tablets, and alerts reach you by email wherever you are. Most users manage their whole account from a phone after the initial setup, which itself can be done on mobile.
2. Fees and results
Account opening, maintenance and custody are free, there is no monthly platform fee, and deposits and withdrawals carry no platform charge. Trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50%, and forex spreads start from 0.8 pips. The full tables are on the Fees and Pricing page.
Each session report in the dashboard lists the commission applied to every executed position, and the audit history records the fee shown before each confirmation. Nothing is deducted that is not visible in those two places.
No. Automation changes how trades are executed, not whether risk exists. Results vary with market conditions, and you can lose part or all of your deposit. Anyone who tells you otherwise, including people claiming to represent us, is not telling the truth.
3. Features and using the platform
Market monitoring, signal analysis and trade execution within your settings all run automatically, day and night, including while you sleep. Notifications, reporting and the volatility circuit breaker work alongside them without needing your attention.
Yes. You choose which markets are monitored, set per-position limits, decide how the volatility brake behaves, and enable or disable individual features and notifications. Settings can be changed at any time and take effect immediately.
Session summaries are written in plain English: what the engine watched, what it did, and why, with gains and losses shown equally plainly. Your manager will happily walk you through your first few reports line by line.
4. Risks
Yes. Trading shares and crypto assets carries real risk, including partial or complete loss of your capital. The Risk Disclosure page explains each type of risk and the practical steps to take before you start.
Volatility is how much and how quickly prices move. It creates the opportunities the engine works with and the drawdowns it must survive. In extreme conditions the circuit breaker can pause trading, but no feature removes risk.
No, and you should distrust anyone who claims otherwise. Risks can be managed, sized and understood, never eliminated. The Crypto Basics page explains volatility and risk management for beginners.
5. Security and your account
Trading executes through licensed venues connected to the platform, and payments move through regulated payment providers. The platform's role is analysis and execution tooling, with custody details confirmed by your manager at onboarding.
Two-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, login alerts for new devices, session management and a complete audit history. The Security page describes every layer and how to use it.
Contact support from your registered email. Recovery uses identity verification rather than security questions, takes at least a working day by design, and withdrawals are held while it runs to protect you.
6. Help and support
Email support or speak to your personal manager. If the issue started after a settings change, the audit history shows exactly what changed and when, and support can help you reverse it step by step.
Yes, and a common one. Explaining platform behaviour in ordinary language is part of the job. Support answers beginner questions every day; there is no minimum knowledge requirement for asking.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 UK time, by email, with replies usually inside one working hour. Messages outside those hours queue in order for the next working day.
7. Payments in brief
Card, PayPal and Skrill deposits are instant, and bank transfers take 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawals to cards take 1 to 5 business days, PayPal and Skrill within 24 hours, and UK bank transfers 1 to 3 business days. The methods page has the full table.
Yes. Withdrawals are unlimited, carry no platform fee and require no notice, subject only to the standard verification checks described in the Withdrawal Policy.
